Customer service

At GVT we embrace short, direct lines. Our customer service departments are available from early in the morning to late at night. You can of course call them, but they would rather call you. We work on the principle of an agreement is an agreement, and if irregularities should arise then we will notify you immediately.
 
At these departments you will always deal with the same people who will guide you through the entire delivery process. They also provide periodic reports that we are happy to share with our clients.
